The Purpose of the ILDP
Addressing the Church's leadership gap
One of the greatest challenges facing the Church in fulfilling the Great Commission in the 21st century is the shortage of adequately trained leaders, effective ministry tools, and the infrastructure to support sustainable growth.
The ILDP develops leaders holistically — fostering growth on an internal, emotional, cognitive and spiritual level — and inspires lasting transformation in ministry effectiveness, character and lifestyle.
